May 2024
J2R has successfully completed the strip-out, asbestos removal, and demolition of the former Pontllanfraith Comprehensive. The project involved the demolition of 13 buildings across a 7,500m² footprint and presented several challenges, from managing bat habitats to safely demolishing a building over a live culvert. A huge credit to our site team for delivering this project to exceptional standards and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
